How we Work Together
Sam Irwin Media | Videographer Perth
Commissioning a video for the first time, or working with a new production company, comes with a lot of unknowns. We keep the process straightforward so you know exactly what to expect at every stage, from the first conversation to the final file in your inbox.

1. Discovery Call
We start with a conversation, not a quote. We want to understand what you are trying to achieve, who the audience is, and what success looks like for your business. This takes 20 to 30 minutes and can happen over the phone, on a video call, or in person across Perth.
2. Proposal and Quote
Based on your brief, we put together a clear proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. No vague estimates and no hidden costs that appear later. What is in the quote is what you pay.
3. Pre-Production
This is where the groundwork happens. We confirm locations, organise any site access requirements, brief on-camera talent, and build a shot list and run sheet. For construction sites we handle White Card requirements and any relevant permits for drone operations. Good pre-production is what separates a smooth shoot from a stressful one.
4. Production
We show up prepared, on time, and ready to work efficiently around your team and schedule. Whether it is a single half-day shoot or a multi-day documentary production, we work to minimise disruption to your business while capturing everything we need.
5. Post-Production
Editing, colour grading, sound design, music licensing, and motion graphics are all handled in-house. You will receive a first cut for review, two rounds of revisions are included as standard, and the final deliverable is provided in the formats you need for your channels.
6. Delivery
Final files are delivered via a private download link. Raw footage and a selection of production stills are included within our standard rate and remain your property.

Sam Irwin Media | Videographer Perth
Corporate and construction video production is not a one-size-fits-all service, and we do not pretend it is.
Pricing depends on shoot days, crew requirements, locations, and post-production complexity. That said, here is a general guide so you can plan with confidence.
Retainer packages are available for businesses that need regular video content. These offer priority scheduling, reduced rates, and a consistent visual style across all content produced throughout the year.
All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
